After the initial term has expired, annual licensing costs may apply to continue operation. These costs will be billed as a one-time sum.
One dedicated 20-amp circuit is required in each closet within 3 feet of the proposed location.
Customer is to provide a sufficient surface to mount hardware.
Customer responsible for conduit fire stops if needed.
Permits, if required, are the responsibility of the customer.
This proposal does not include cabling, termination, or certification of existing cabling or remediation of any existing cabling, racks, or other components that make up the structured cabling.
Customer is responsible for lodging and parking during the installation. Customer agrees to incur all room charges and tax, excluding incidentals.
Customer will provide an escort to access the guest rooms for installation and testing.
Unless otherwise stated, the purchase price does not include any federal, state, county, or municipal sales, excise, or tariffs.
Estimated ground shipping is included in the proposal. Expedited shipping can be quoted for additional costs.
Price is based upon normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Does not include union labor. Additional fees may apply should any type of labor rates be required or applied.
Additional work or equipment needed for any reason other than the normal installation process will require a signed change order.
Seventy-five percent (75%) down payment due before project commences.
Twenty-five percent (25%) invoiced on system activation.
Pricing in this proposal is valid for fourteen (14) days from issuance.
Installation includes a single trip unless noted otherwise.
Additional costs may apply for delayed or partial installations.
Union labor is not included as part of this installation.
Ground freight is included in the proposal; expedited freight will require a signed change order.
Proposal does not include any cabling or jacking, unless specified.
Proposal is based on installation to existing terminated, tested, and labeled cabling.
IP phones require existing Cat5 or Cat6 terminated, tested, and labeled cables unless noted.
Work to be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
Changes to configuration or scope will require a signed change order.
All hardware costs in this proposal, purchase agreement, or SOW are based on current pricing which is good for 120 days, after which any price increases that have been adopted by the applicable manufacturer will be passed on to customer notwithstanding any other terms or agreements between the parties.
Pricing is subject to change if tariffs, duties, or similar government-imposed fees are enacted, modified, or reinterpreted in a way that impacts the cost of materials or equipment included in this proposal. Any such adjustments will be communicated in writing.
Acceptance of proposal constitutes agreement to pay finance charges on past due invoices.
